#ErasmusDays is a unique three-day celebration of the Erasmus+ Programme in Europe and beyond, where various events are organised across the world to celebrate the Programme, share Erasmus experiences or promote different projects associated with the Erasmus+ Programme.
The fourth edition of this festival took place on October 15, 16 and 17, with international mobility and European citizenship the focus of this year’s celebrations.We,as FUSION project, organized events in our countries and one virtual together to celebrate #ErasmusDays.
On 15th October,2020; We took part in #Erasmusdays with a great webinar.Big applauses to every partner of FUSION project.It is titled ‘DISTANCE EDUCATION TOOLS and THE NEW ROLE TEACHERS ON PANDEMIC’,realised on Zoom.More than 50 teachers from all partner schools participated in.
Hacer Yayla,coordinator of Turkish school, presented how the role of teachers was changed after Covid-19.She highlighted how important teachers’ digital competences were in the post Covid era.The COVID-19 pandemic started the largest and fastest distance learning experiment in human history. It has pushed students and teachers alike into the digital era. The webinar offered many online educational resources and tools.They were presented by teachers from every partner school as follows.They are as follows.
1. Google Classroom – Helps classes connect remotely, communicate and stay organized.
2. https://quizizz.com - Allows you to conduct student-paced formative assessments in a fun and engaging way for students of all ages.They can also be integrated into Google Classrooms.
3. Moodle – Community-driven and globally-supported open learning platform.
4. https://www.tricider.com/ -Helps to collect ideas and vote.It is a free online tool for easy brainstorming and voting,for decision making, crowdsourcing and idea generation.
5. https://quizlet.com - is a free website providing learning tools for students, including flashcards, study and game modes.Quizlet is an American online study application that allows students to study science via learning tools and games. 6. https://edu.google.com Jamboard - is an interactive whiteboard system developed by Google .Jamboard is a collaborative tool, you can collaborate,share and present.
