FUSION grows out of need of development of ICT skills, develop proficiency and fluency with the tools of technology, Electronic media has changed or amplified some of the struggles young people face, Using their electronic devices, social media habits and media consumption are changing the way young people communicate, learn, sleep and exercise, Many people blame on technology as the cause of stress, too much multi-tasking, and disengagement with those around us, But it is a powerful tool that has the potential to increase our productivity, health, education, and happiness, Our problem lies in our utilization of technology. we need to make technology work for us.
Modern education systems should focus on promoting 21st century skills and practising in exciting and effective ways. The content of education in this regard should include sections concerning areas of technological innovation such as robotics, digital story telling, coding, presentation, filming, photography, web 2. 0 tools. But, when teachers don’t have the techno-savvy to compete with those devices, by bringing in education and technology together, it can be difficult to keep students’ interest and attention to properly teach new concepts, Technology needs to come into the classroom to keep up with the learning demands of 21st century.
The motivation for this project arises from the fact that many teachers across Europe find it difficult to motivate the students on staying focused on a lesson, bringing purposeful apps into classroom activity.
With the help of project FUSION We, teachers, will be aware of the ever-changing trends in technology and are in tune of what the future may bring to education, We will learn what the best tools are, and how and when to use them, We will also be take part in cultural workshops or natural activities or in museum, Our joint staff activities will be interactive, encouraging teachers to explore the functions of a technology and learn how to harness its full potential in the classroom environment to enhance their students learning and motivation.
By learning new technology and new programs we will be more knowledgeable and skillful. As we introduce more and more technology into the classroom, it will the raise quality of class. Technology will also improve the dynamics between teachers and students.
